The story behind 3You CIC.
Our founder didn't read about the criminal justice system in a textbook — they lived it. While incarcerated, they began supporting fellow inmates, helping them reflect, plan and rebuild.
What started inside became a calling outside. 3You CIC was born from the conviction that lived experience, paired with structured training and professional delivery, is the most powerful catalyst for change.
Today our team — many with similar journeys, all educated and trained — delivers programmes in community settings and works to extend into prisons across the UK.
